What's for SUNDAY lunch/dinner?

I put a boston butt in the crock pot last night and made baked beans that are now in the oven.  I've also made potato salad.  Yum.  Not sure if we're having company or not.  We never know around here who's gonna show up for lunch on Sundays.  LOL  But, I'm PREPARED!  Also got a huge 1/2 watermelon cut up into cubes for dessert.  What are you having today?

A rice/beef casserole, rolls and green beans probably.....my daughter's request, so she gets what she wants this Sunday....she just bought a house and is still moving, so I'll be carting it all over there.....good thing she is just a few blocks away!

 It's gonna be leftover homemade lasagna that was  SO good at dinner the other evening. I may make some cucumber salad and I am thinking about pudding for dessert...haven't had that in a long time and it just sounds good today! I partied way too much over the weekend and I need to be careful about my eating this week!!

Blackened catfish (3 OZ) carrots !/4 cup AND Green Beans 1/2 cup.  UMMMM

Friends are going to the fish camp so they are bringing us plates back.  So it will be catfish, slaw, fries and hushpuppies.  I look forward to it!!

I'm hoping for egg drop soup and sweet tea. I had a fill that was too tight so I'm on liquids for a few days after my unfil this AM. If it wasn't for the fill... I'm thinking chicken and some fresh tomatoe on 12 grain bread with light mayo.

I am gonna get up and cook some pintos in a minute and make some cornbread.  I am sure Paul will make them some meat or something, but that is all I want.  I love me some beans and cornbread.

Chicken cordon bleu, green beans, mashed potatoes.  Everyone's lunch sure sounds good!

We are having Mexican Chicken Breast, Refried Beans topped with Cheese/Sour Cream and Cream Style Mexican Corn and Tortillas.

Salad, homemade bread, & homemade lasagna rolls. Got it all made, but just couldn't eat it. Mike, Nicole, Chesney & Dixie sure scarfed it up, so it musta been good.
