The King James says everlasting strength instead of Rock.  I looked up the definition for rock and it is as follows:  One that is similar to or suggestive of a mass of stone in stability, firmness, or dependability:  Now...when I look to my Savior...I want to find the one there who is stable, firm and dependable.  He has always been those things and much more.  He has never ever failed me.  Sometimes, I have questioned why things did not happen as I wanted them, or when I wanted them.  Later, I realized the answer.  Until that time, He has been my Rock.  He is always there to hold us up, to give us strength, to give us a foundation when we feel that our feet have been knocked out from under us.  Trust in Him.  When it seems as though you can't go another step, keep on trusting.  He will answer.

Today is the watermelon fest,downtown, dont know if i will go or not, too hot, too many people.My R/A is giving me a fit in my right knee right now so I kinda have a limp.But it will get better soon as it moves to another joint.Hugs to all.Juju
