I Miss Everyone

I was just looking at some pic that where made in Montgomery.I miss you guys and hope we can get together some time. I have not been on here in a long time it is just not the board it was when i started my journy 5 years ago. I have gaind alot of my weight back am struglinng with it every day. i have just dropped out of life don't do anything anymore realy depressed.

Hi Pam.  Good to see you today.  I know the board is not what it once was but a few of us are trying desperately to breath life back into it.  I have tried to entice some old ones back but they don't want to come back.  So if we continue to have a support board here we have got to welcome the new ones and rebuild that way.  I don't want to see it die but just the few of us who post daily can't keep it going long term.  I have met some of the most wonderful friend here on this board and we have let a couple of trouble makers come in a destroy our family!!  I guess you can tell I feel very strongly about this.  The board will never get back to being the way it was if our people don't come back.  With your gain (and mine as well) it just proves that we need each other for support!!  Please come back often.

I am trying to get back on the board I will be back on and off. I am tying to lose some of the weight  i have gaind but it is hard to do when you don't have any support. I have made some wonderful friends to and you are one of them. I lurk from time to time and see what is going on and still pray for all of you.

Maybe if we get some back one by one it will be revived!!!  After I have my foot surgery next week and get back on my feet I plan to start an exercise program of some sort.  I know I need to do that.  I just don't feel good anymore.  I feel like it is the extra pounds I have put on.  Let's support each other!!

Hi everyone of my Bama Board Friends!

I promise to check in everyday. Just had some trouble on this board  and left for a while but i am back now. Cant' belivev it has been 5 years sence my WLS. Randall you are going to have or already have had your 5 year WLS anniversary i remember because you where just a couple of months after  me.
Do you remeber the first WLS get together we had You had just has your surgery and i was about 2 or 3 months out from mine.
