Yesterday, 7th Surgiversary!

Yesterday was my 7th anniversary of my WLS. I spent the entire day looking for some new work pants. Everything was so baggy in the legs and butt and also too long. The shorts are too short, the average length is too long, so the sales lady suggested I try the petites. PERFECT FIT. I was so excited. They were on sale too, plus I had a $15 off coupon and no sales tax this weekend. I couldn't have been happier. I don't have any trouble finding tops to fit, just the bottoms, so I got a pair in 4 colors. (khaki, brown, black and grey) I think I'm all set for work now. They even had jeans buy a pair get a second pair for $1, so I got 2 pair of jeans as well. All the jeans I owned were hand me downs from my girls, Know I have my very own pair that fit just the way I like them. :) Wound up getting a couple of tops for $2.47 each and 2 sweaters for $4,47. I know the sweaters had to be leftover from last years winter stuff and probably something someone brought back, but I was so pleased with my finds. I'm also pleased with the sizes I was able to wear. I wound up with an 8 petite in pants. I would love to be smaller, but doesn't look like that's ever gonna happen for me after 7 years, so I'll be happy with what God has blessed me with. Thank you Carmen. I'm quite thrilled myself, to have kept this weight off for so long, when I see so many gaining it back or not losing much at all. I am very fortunate and blessed.
