B-Protein Shake
L-2 chicken fingers. 2 bites of salad. i wasnt feeling the salad at all
S- one bite size heath bar. have you seen these? they brought them in to work today. they are litterally bite size. i thought it was neat.
D-ham and cheese rollup.
S-SF pudding.
thats my day. i havent done dinner or snack, im not sure i'll do the snack. but i do know i'll do the ham cheese roll up.
How was your day?
I gotta tell you that I have had a very sensitive and tender tummy the last couple of days. Last night something really didn't agree with me (I believe it was MSG in the ingredients rather than a dumping thing), but was up most of the night. So today has only been a couple protein bars (literally 2) and a couple crackers (more like 5) and some Tums. That said I will likely have a little soup or cottage cheese in a while.
BUT, on the plus side, I got my Alabama license today. Now, I got my last Ohio license a year ago last month and was 100 pounds less than when I started. I weigh 70 pounds less than that license. I didn't think it was that big of a difference, but the lady made me go home and get more photographic evidence that was me. How irritating and fun at the same time! That was a nice thing after waiting three hours to do the license thing.

For me it was:
B: just coffee, had yogurt but got real busy and finally just put it in the fridge for tomorrow
L: about 1/2 of a shredded chicken burrito, too many chips and salsa
D: 1/2 of the top off a subway sausage pizza
Probably no snack, got my nails done after work and we had dinner later than normal then went walking. I think I'm good for the night :)

S - small slice of sugar free cheesecake, frozen blueberries, redi-whip, a couple of strawberries, 3 sticks of celery with lite ranch
L - 1 chicken quesadilla hawaiian (didn't eat all of the tortilla)
D - 2 pieces of pizza (not all of the crust)
S - watermelon
S- Trail mix (sesame sticks, mixed nuts, banana chips)
L-Salad from Jason's Deli
S- SF Cinnamon Dolce Latte (vente) from Starbuck's, along with a slice of reduced fat cinnamon swirl coffee cake (almost made me sick)
D-a few bites of chicken and dumplings
A bad day....argh!!!
