Cataract Sugery, Monday

I just had retina surgery 3 weeks ago and still recovering from that and now I'm having cataract surgery next Monday on the same eye.  As soon as that heals, I will have the same surgery on the other eye...all this and recovery time before I can get proper glasses to see correctly.  I will never had good vision in my right eye.  My vision was impaired by a former student many years ago when I got my cornea scratched.  I also have diabetic retinopathy.  My right eye is just in bad shape and I hope and pray we can save what vision I have in that eye.  My left eye is pretty good and once the cataract is removed from that one, it should be good as it can be.  SO, if you all could spare a prayer for me, I would really appreciate it.  I also have several unspoken prayer requests as well.  Just please remember me and my entire family.

Wow...what an ordeal for you! I'll be praying that the surgery goes well and you'll be able to get glasses that will allow you to see better. 
I'm going through some major chages with my eyes right now that I can't quite figure out. I'm going back to the eye Dr in a week or two for a peripheral vision test. The eye Dr can't seem to get me at 20/20 with his little lens things so he is going to start doing a few tests.
