Thursday hello

Good morning.  Here for just a minute.  I am making potato salad, pigs in blanket and lemonade for work today.  We have our big Special Education meeting and we are feeding the teachers.  Also I have to leave something for the grands to eat.  They are coming to stay with Papa today.  I will check in later!!

I hope I have mega posts to reply to.  It is up to you....that's right you lurkers!!  I know you are here.  Now speak up!!!

Lucky teachers! That sounds really good! I've been wanting some lemonade and now I might just have to make me some!

I am here, been busy today with doctor's office and getting labs done. Had my b=12 inj today and labs drawn for my GI doc. I always have them drawn on base and then they fax the results to him. I had been back about an hour when GI doc's office called to see who my doctor was, if he was primary care or int med. I told them his name and phone # and then his urse called and said the lab had called and said BUN was extremely high, for me to come in. They gave me 2 bags of IV fluid( thought I might have been dehydrated) and then rechecked BUN level and Thiamine level. He thinks now that I am taking too much blood pressure meds for kidneys to work properly. He completely took me off 1 BP med and told me to check it everyday and call him next week and depending on what it is, may get off another BP med, that would be great.Bye for now                                          Linda
