I get so aggravated when I'm away from home and get thirsty. I stop at a gas station and all they have are caffeinated or carbonated beverages unless you wan****er or milk. Frankly I need some flavor and crystal lites OK but usually when I'm out I'm out all day and night. The other day my friend asked if I could have Low Carb Fuze. I read the nutrition facts and for 8 ounces it had 5 calories, 2 Carbs, and 1 Sugar. Some of there other varieties had 0 carbs, 0 sugars. My question is are these OK I tried one and had no reaction but want to double check, I know some labels can be misleading.
Thanxs, Amy

I stick with Water and sugar free crystal lite fruit punch, or SF hawaiian punch  On the Go packets. A box of 8 or 10 put a couple of packs in your purse or pocket. 1 pack to 20 ozs/ of water. I would buy Water! Ellen

Amy,
I love those FUZE drinks and keep them on hand for when I want something different. I had lap-band though so I don't know how different it would be for FNY. I'd thin if the sugar content is low, which it is you would be OK. Might want to run it by your Nutritionist though.

The Low Carb Fuze is fine for RNYers.  My DD and I both drink them and love them.  Ellen also gave you a good tip.  Get the little crystal lites to go packets and keep them in your purse to add to water wherever you are.
