Try pecans, almonds, refried beans, SF applesauce, mashed potatoes, peanut butter crackers and TV dinners.
I did not eat too much at 2 months out. I can eat alittle more now, I used to get sick as soon as I put it in my mouth.Have A great day. Ellen

Dr. Mailapur is a little strict about carbs, so I don't recommend mashed potatoes and applesauce.  Try refried beans with low fat cheese and a dollop of lite sour cream or plain Fage yogurt (really high in protein and tastes like sour cream).  Some other suggestions:

Chicken salad
Pimento cheese
Cottage cheese
Low fat peanut butter
Eggs in any form you like (I can't do scrambled for some reason, but love deviled eggs and egg salad)
Also, here is a link to a lady named Shelley's blogspot who has come up with some awesome WLS-friendly recipes including protein ice cream which I have made on numerous occasions and it is yummy.  Hope these suggestions help!
