Hello Everyone!

Im not sure what kind of funk im in today....but heres my day.. Im going to hang my head in shame today.

PreB- poptart. about half.
B-Protein Shake
L-half lasagna and some salad
S- 2 mini snickers
D- maybe half of a BLT toaster from Sonic...and a few drinks (not even close to half) of a small peach milkshake. Food commercials...NO good. i saw the new peach shake commercial from sonic and had to have one. It did me in on peach shakes tho. only a few drinks and i got my fill! Needless to say, i better do better today.

I also wanted to add that even tho i did eat lasagna and it was pasta and we arent suppose to have that..... however... it did eliminate my snack (i didnt HAVE to have those 2 snickers i just did bc my minid sucks). Im still full as a tick from lunch. So i guess all in all it wasnt bad because i havent really thought about eating (or drinking... i havent got in my water bc im full)

Anywho, how was your day?

I've had a sinus headache all day....just wanna lay on the couch at home!

It hasn't been a good day for me.  Just all depressed and down in the dumps cause my summer has come to an end.  Back to work tomorrow.  Somebody's gotta do it.  Too many bills to pay not to work.  I just hope I can make it 6 more years till retirement.  Ugh.......

I did better with my protein today!! WooooHoooo

B: 1 egg and 1 piece of canadian bacon & coffee 
S: 3 vanilla  wafers
L: 6 chicken nugets
S: lf cheese stick
D: popcorn, sf jello & a a slice of cheese (I know...weird huh?)

Hey there!

B - Breakfast Burrito (small one) @ 3/4 of it
S - none
L - Whopper Jr. @ 3/4 of it
S - none
D - Steak few bites of it, slice of Fresh tomato and @ 7 french fries
ULTIMATELY 
I could have eaten ALOT better! I was on  the run all day once I left home which is NO excuse!

i dont think you done all too bad. You could definitely found WORSE things to eat on the road. So i say.. Good job!
