I feel like ive ate a lot today. I also have this AWFUL migraine that wont quit.

im ready to go home and lay down. period.

B-protein shake--GNC Pro Performance 2 scoops, chocolate caramel.
S-ham and cheese rollup
L-chili cheese dog minus half the bread. 10 fritos
S-ham and cheese rollup
Sf pudding cup
D- whopper jr on the way home.

How'd you do today?

B-1 egg over med and 1/2 slice ww toast
L-1 small boneless porkchop and some salad
D-steak and steamed cauliflower

No snacks today.....forgot my cherries at home!

Good afternoon Hilary.  I have had:

B - protein shake
S - almonds (I've have got to do something else....these are getting old.) lol
L - 2 chicken finger strips
S - almonds
D - red beans and rice
S -probably a protein bar

Hey Girl, I hope you're feeling MUCH better by the time you read this! 

B: coffee and yogurt w/ granola

L: baked potato w/ sour cream and cheese

S: vanilla wafers (probably 4?)

D: Nutrigrain waffle and sf syrup, 2 pieces bacon

I MUST to better tomorrow getting more protein in!
