Whatcha Eating Today?
Im back on the bandwagon after having a rough weekend eating.
Today.
B-protein shake
S-6almonds
L-not even half of a beef taco salad. no crust. 6 chips and salsa.
S-ham and cheese roll up.
D- im going grocery shopping so im planning to grab a protein shake before i leave here.

LOL...that is so sweet of you. However, I have stopped losing again LOL. I think this old body has about lost all it wants to. I am going to see my WLS doc next month, so I am gonna get some advice from him. Maybe I need to leave those almonds alone LOL. Anyway...you have a great evening Hilary and you made my afternoon.
This was my day:
B - PB crackers, decaf coffee
S - a couple small pieces of dark chocolate
L - 1/2 chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce and tomato, few bites of sweet potato pie
S - handful of lightly salted peanuts
D - BLT on whole wheat (didn't eat all of the bread), handful of fresh bing cherries

I try to leave bread alone in general, but i realize if i eat it in moderation i think i'll do better and not binge on it when i do eat. So at the grocery store i bought some bacon and whole wheat bread because i love bacon and tomato sandwiches. I also think it'd be a good breakfast..toast and PB.. i do sometimes get burnt out on the protein shakes so im going to mix it up from now on!

Hi Hilary. I'm still not up to posting my food for the day. But I did want to say hello. After my surgery and healing I think I am going to start a gym. I went in there last week and it looks interesting. It is on the line of Curves. Maybe when I get my hiney in gear I will be accountable. Hope you have had a great night. I know you had an exciting time at the grocery store. That is always great FUN!!!
