Whats your plan and Im sorry and a question!!

Honestly, I'm just disgusted with the way I eat. The only reason I'm not gaining is that I just don't eat very much of what I eat.
B - Those chicken things from Chick Filet (4 of them)
S - cheese and grits
L - 2 chicken wings
D - a little bit of spaghetti
I only eat a few mouthfuls and that's it. Now the chicken mini's I did manage to eat all of them over 2 hours. Normally I just throw stuff away.
I'm going to keep up with my calories the rest of the day and tomorrow and will let you know what I'm averaging. I did start walking this week to boost my matabolism so we'll see what happens with that.
I can eat some sweets with no problem. Now anything with milk in it, like ice cream, mocha's, etc. will definitely make me dump. Chocolate seems to be a no-no as well. I don't throw up unless it's really rich and then it only takes about 3 bites to make me deathly ill. Most of the time when I dump I just get really sleepy and feel miserable. I can lay down for about 15 minutes and I'll be ok. I have had times when my heart would race and I would get real shaky. I have to lie down and let that pass as well. I don't eat many sweets and if I do eat them it is usually only a couple of bites - never a whole dessert, etc.
I try not to eat past 7:00 pm. I also try to make breakfast my largest meal. I don't always do what I need to do but sometimes I do.
