Whats your plan and Im sorry and a question!!
First we'll start with the Im sorry. Ive been extremely busy at work this week and i havent been able to post the whatcha eating today post. Im going to try to do it tonight but i cant promise it'll get done. So, im sorry. Last night after work i went w/ my aunt to Phil Sandovals in Huntsville. Ive heard so many people RAVE about it... well i just didnt like it. i had one bite of chicken taco, two bites of chicken tamale and some chips and cheese dip. thats IT. i love mexican food so for me not to eat, whew. Maybe if i had tried something different? im not sure. it just had no flavor.
I DID however resis the hot Krispy Kremes that they got.
Today i dont really have a plan and those days arent good for me. I just HAVE to be mindful of my choices and all will be ok.
NOW FOR THE QUESTION... ITS IMPORTANT...
How many calories do you take in per day?????
Im wondering if im taking in too little or too many or just enough.
I TRULY feel that with what i eat (because ive been tracking all last week and this week) i should be losing weight and im just not.
Anywho
Im sipping on a Large SF Vanilla Iced Coffee.
I doubt i'll get in a protein shake today for breakfast. we will do lunch early today and its from a home cookin restruant that delivers... Libby's..they normally delilver right at 11.
Todays menu : meatloaf, fried green tomatoes, field peas.
So my dinner will have to be a protein shake or something to make up for lunch and no breakfast.

Hey there Hilary...do not apologize. We all get busy and have things happen. I think you are doing a great job with this. Please never ever stop. It helps me so much. I guess that I am being selfish, but honestly, I have lost about 5 pounds in the past 2 weeks. It is because I am thinking more. Thanks so much!!!

B - protein shake
S - 1/2 apple
L - 1/3 grilled chicken salad
S - almonds
D - crab legs
S - probably a protein bar because I am hungry. the crab legs were not filling as some of them were empty. I love crab, but I won't buy that brand again. I normally buy the boxes at SAm's, but I bought these at WalMart.

D-the leftover quesadilla I was going to eat last night, but got stuck at work and had a Logan's kickin chicken salad instead....it was yummy!
I too love this post! I have a question....I'm only 3 months out, so I have not attempted to eat anything with sugar because I am deathly afraid of dumping.....
How can yall eat pies and donuts? does it make you sick? do you just have a bite? Do you dump? I know yall are way farther out than me, and I'm sure the day will come when I'll try the "not so good" things! I appreciate all the support and I love this post!

word of advice... NEVER try. I did because i just needed to know if i would dump. it started with the 2 bite rule...and well never ended. Now, i can eat whatever i want. i dont dump on donuts and cakes... i do sometimes dump on natural sugars that are in fruits... There are a few things that do make me sick. but the best thing i'd say is just never try it. i wish i hadnt. now i crave them all over again.
