That is what day it is right? haha. Sorry! im behind.

My plan yesterday didnt work out so well so today im going to do better

Protein shake-just finished
Cottage Cheese and fruit
Pork Chop and slice of tomato
Protein Shake
we may go to dinner tonight w/ my aunt...if not...Protein Shake.

that should be how my day unfolds.

 My plan is to have a good day at work...and make it to Friday!!

I had 2 eggs with hash browns this morning. Not sure about lunch or dinner, but will be having coffee and SF Peach Tea during the day.

i have recently come to love SF Peach Tea--the walmart brand is better than crystal light in my opinion!

My plan is to make it thru this week also. whew. what a Monday that was.

Yesterday was not a good day for me. I started out alright and even lunch was very light but last night I had a bacon, ham, turkey club sandwich and yes I was able to eat the whole doggone thing. It took me 2 hours but I did it and I am NOT proud.I will do better today.

B - A small piece of chicken (nugget)
S - Coffee and cheese
L - a cup of tomato soup
D - Spaghetti (a small amount)

I wish I could get into those protein shakes.

I only like a few different kinds of protein. the ones i drink EVERY day is the ones from walmart. Atkins Advantage but i only like the Cafe Carmel and the Mocha Latte ones. YUM! Especially over ice

I didn't do well yesterday either - but today is another day!!

B - coffee, yogurt later
L - salad
D - still in the planning stage

These posts help me remain somewhat accountable.  Even if I don't follow my own plan, when I come back and read it the next day, I am always 'convicted' and vow to do better, lol.

Hmm....today will be:

B-1 egg and 1/2 slice WW toast
L-not sure--going out with friends
S-cherries
D-Taco salad (made with lean beef, low fat cheese, lettuce and tomato...with salsa of course!

Yesterday was terrible! I will not even begin to post what all went wrong. Scary enough to me without scaring ya'll too, LOL

I have no idea what I'm going to eat today. I start night shift after being off for 8 days. I know it's going to involve some shrimp. And I know I'll definitely get in my liquids, but other than that I just don't know. Night shifts are crazy.

I did not have a plan.  But here's what happened:
B - PB crackers
S - PB crackers (yeah it was that kind of morning)
L - Salad with chopped chicken, lettuce, grated cheese, grated egg, bacon bits
S - Cottage cheese and watermelon
D - Cheeseburger pie and salad

Well my plan today SHOULD have been to reamain sane and not commit a homicide! MAN what a day!!! It was like a Full Moon Monday after being off for 2 weeks LOL 

Well I did OK eating simply because I didnt have time to want anything bad. 

B: Coffee (never made it to my protein bar)
L: taco and a few bites of refried beans
S: 1/2 bag baked lays
D: chicken baked in LF cream of chicke soup, green beans, rice pilaf
S: Extra strength tylenol!
