Manic Monday plan?

So im here. YAY! its been a wonderful weekend and now i have to head back to work. BLAH!

I do get to go register my baby for kindergarten this morning. He's way excited. Im nervous, hence why im SO late in registering him. he starts in like exactly 2 weeks. WOW. what happened to end of August school ???

Anywho, im not so sure i have a plan today but here goes

B-Protein Shake im already having it, which is early for me
L-pork chop baked beans
S-cottage cheese OR SFpudding
D--who knows... maybe stuffed chicken!

Good morning Hilary!!!!  I am planning:

B - protein shake (already had)
L - probably salad today.s
S nacks - probably some almond
D - beans and cornbread

You have a great day!!

Edited to change foods I had today:
 
B - protein shake
S - 8 almonds
L - 2 chicken fingers
S - pickle
D - 1/2 sweet potato and a spoon of beans and 1/3 piece of cornbread.

you had a great day! i never got a chance to come back and change mine. my plan went to the devil and back yesterday. UGH.

Today's a new day and i will do better.

Morning all!  I am back at the office after being a week on vacation, then a week traveling for business.....and of course there are 80 fires to put out this a.m.!!  I need a drink....and not a protein drink.................

B-1/2 slice WW toast with peanut butter
L-WW salisbury steak with asparagus
S-cherries
D-baked chicken with tomato cucumber salad

I did have a plan today, not a huge one but a very important one! DRINK MORE WATER and I did! Still not as much as I used to, and not enough but more than last week. I'll increase my intake this week and go from there.

Here is what I had to eat.....

B: protein bar and coffee
L: boneless wings from Zaxby
S: 1/2 bag baked lays
D: baked tilapia, green beans and Uncle Bens chicken and veggie rice
S: Probably a tylenol...I have a headache tonight!

My plan this morning was:

mozzarella stick, protein bar, protein bar, 1/2 C cottage cheese, and some of my shepherds pie thing.

But instead, the day has gone:

protein bar, mozzarella stick, protein bar, protein bar, 1/2 bag Sun Chips, 1/2 svg tortilla chips, and 1/2 C cottage cheese.  best laid plans .......  sigh.

MY PLAN didnt work out so well either. It was only MY fault and noone elses. I mad BAD choices.
