Menu for Today - Clean Eating

The nutritionist I worked with in Ohio was a big fan of clean eating.  I like the idea a lot and have bought the cookbook after subscribing to the magazine for a year.  Seems to me that it is not only healthy, but environmentally and economically friendly as it suggests that you should cook based upon what is currently being harvested locally.  I like that idea.

So I thought I would post what I am going to eat today since I grazed a lot yesterday (rassafrassin tortilla chips)

B:  3/4 C ff cottage cheese

S: mozzarella stick

L:  protein bar

S:  protein bar

D:  Clean Eats:  Shepherd's Pie without the Sheep (hehe)

WIth church, I don't know about y'all but it is a challenge to get the regularly eating in and I usually wind up with too little of the wrong stuff.  How do you handle that?

Will post how it goes later.  :-)

True to form for a Sunday, I didn't get things in like I should, so after the Shepherd's Pie (which was DELISH!), I nibbled on some tortilla chips.  Ugh.  I hate mindless eating......
