6 week checkup
I had my 6 week check up on Tuesday. I've lost 37 lbs. I feel lots lots better. I still need more protein. got my b-12 shot too. love hearing what everyone eats. love ideas.
b- i had rice krispies with enough non fat milk to wet(can't do much milk).
l- i will have 1/2 lean cusine chicken and rice & watermelon. i'm loving all the fresh fruits-my favorite.

YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, WAY TO GO.... I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU., CAN'T WAIT TO RUN IN TO YOU AGAIN. DOESN'T LOOK LIKE IT WAS IN THE CARDS FOR US TO GET TOGETHER THIS SUMMER. I WILL BE BACK AT WORK IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AND I DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO GET TOGETHER WITH ANY OF MY WLS FRIENDS OVER THE SUMMER. JUST BEEN SO BUSY WITH THIS HOUSE , KIDS AND GRANDSON. WE'RE HOPING TO GET AWAY FOR A FEW DAYS NEXT WEEK TO VISIT KYLE'S PARENTS. STILL DON'T KNOW IF THAT WILL WORK OUT OR NOT. HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON.
Congrats to you on your six week check up. I am 3 weeks out Monday and have lost 24 lbs. Also wanted to let you know I got some new protein mix that is unflavored it is called "UNJURY". I got it online and so far so good. I mix it with my carniation instant breakfast (NO sugar added of course) and 8 Oz of milk so it is a total of 33 grams of protein. Also got this GREAT new bottle that allows me not to SMELL it so it has made it so much easier to drink. With drinking two of those a day can't eat anything else but at least I am getting my protein :-)
