Whatcha Eating Today?

So today has been a busy busy day at work. I stuck to my plan except i varied slightly and made a huge NO no.

PreB-LG SF Vanilla Iced Coffee--not all of it.
B-Protein Shake
L-6oz Stuffed Chicken --these were from walmart in the freezer section and OMG was it good
S-chocolate glazed donut
D-hamburger patty grilled and a slice of tomato

Thats all for today. I still will stay under 1000 calories but good gosh that donut was evil.

B- homemade whole wheat pancake with sf syrup and a slice of bacon
S-shared a banana with Christian
L-green beans
S- popcorn
D- blueberry scone

Okay, I had a terrible day.......well, it wasn't as bad as it HAS been, but that scone got me.  It's not really sweet, but I'm sure it was loaded with CARBS.  It sure was good tho.

I did drink lots of water and crystal light today.  Yay me!

D - 1/2 sweet potato, 1/2 piece boneless bakes chicken.

its Sams Choice stuffed chicken. they have a bunch of different choices and the stats on them are way good. Only take 30 minutes to bake. YUM! i cant wait to try other flavors. Those chest in the middle of the isle at walmart is where they are found.

Thanks so much, Hilary.  See....this is why I love these posts.  I am always looking for new things to eat.  I am not much of an explorer when it comes to cooking and frozen things help me and John so much.  Thank you again for keeping on with this. 

bama Mom is the one that told me about them. I had the cream cheese bacon and chive one. Its good. I have a jalapeno and cheese one i cant wait to try. They come 2 per pack and i felt they were really reasonable. Especially for you and John. Bake them and make a side of green beans and you have a fabulous dinner!

I love the Sam's Choice stuffed chicken. My faves are the Crimini Mushroom & Swiss and the Bacon Pepper Jack. Yummy!

I've been away most of the week....I thought you were trying to find someone to take over this post?  I was so glad to see you still doing it!  I look forward to it and it helps keep us honest.....you are appreciated!

I did want someone else to take over, but thru messages and such asking me to not stop. I have to agree w/ Mrs Debbie, maybe the board is slacking but we can only keep the fire lit by doing our post. So far, ive had a pretty good turn out. If i ever cant make the post for a day or two, i hope someone fills in for me. During the weekend is hard for me.
