Do you have a plan for Thursday?

So i have a semi plan. dinner is where it gets confusing and i never know. So normally, if i dont have plan for dinner i end up doing some fast food.. WELL ive determined to stop that.. when i dont have  plan and dont plan on cooking... i will do protein shakes,

my plan for thursday.

LG SF Vanilla Iced Coffee
protein Shake for breakfast
stuffed chicken for lunch--its in the freezer so i'll have to cook it, but that'll be ok
cottage cheese w/ tomato for snack
protein shake for dinner

whats your plan?

Hilary wish I could plan for the day like you.  Yesterday I did plan for dinner and it got all turned around.  I had a bad episode of hypoglycemia and did not cook.  I guess I need to do better today.

For breakfast I've already eaten 1 scrambled egg, 1 piece of bacon and a piece of toast.

I think for lunch I will do the re-fried beans and who knows for supper. Leo will be out of town so it will be something light.

Good morning Hilary!!!  Thanks for doing this.  I am not sure what I will have all day, but I know I am having this:

B - protein shake

L - kids meal somewhere

S - almonds

D - not sure yet

S - probably a protein bar

UGHHHH another day with no plan for me but thanks for the reminder. Today I didn't do too bad at all, just flew by the seat of my pants instead of panning.

B: coffee and a protein bar

L: Zazby boneless wings (had three)

S: cheerios and skim milk

D: Chili Pot Pie (my husband's own concoction!)
