B - protein shake
S - 8 almonds
L - kid's meal chicken fingers
S - 8 almonds
D - hamburger patty and 3 chips (I ate too fast and feel yucky now...I know better)

I had a hamburger patty for lunch yesterday and it hit the spot. So good! i also love chicken fingers but i try to avoid them because i wont stop and just one. i can normally get down 2 and some french fries.

what kind of shake did you have? i up for new ideas!!

 B- protein bar and dt. Mt. Dew
 L- 2 Krystal cheese and water
 S- handful of grapes and more water
 D- 1 whole chicken wing and water

I wasn't able to tolerate much food at all yesterday.  EVerything I ate seemed to come right back up.  I dont' know what was wrong with my pouch yesterday but it was sure enough grouchy.

I did buy some protein bars today at the grocery store.  They are Myoplex ones.  I've never tried them.   They have 30 grams of  protein in them and only 12 grams of sugar.  Thought I'd give 'em a try.

I hope today you feel better.

i hate protein bars. i havent found one yet i do like. Luckily, i like the atkins shakes. (well, only 3 flavors)

Hi Hilary!!  I am so glad to see you have not given up!!  There are days when I post the morning shout out that I only get 2 or 3 replys.  I get discouraged but I have (so far) kept going.  I too remember when the board was hopping.  It was my lifeline to WLS.  I see that we have two options.  We can throw our hands up and leave or we can keep a little fire smoldering.  If we keep just a spark going maybe it will catch up again.  We can't MAKE the others come back.  We just have to take up the slack and be there for the new comers.

Now about the what did you eat today.......I ain't going there!!!  I read what all of you do and think, boy am I eating like a pig!!!  Maybe I will shape up and join in that thread, but not now!!!

Honey, you are right. I will keep on keeping on. I just like good replies! it hurts to see so many views and NO replies.

I suggest you post. I have cut back my eating because im trying desperately to get my head right. I am a carb addict and i crave sweets. Its the type 2 diabetes getting the best of me. Hopefully after December it'll be cured and i wont constantly think i need that something sweet.

I'm going to have to think about what I ate yesterday cause I'm braindead right now. LOL

B - Sausage Burrito
S - a few pieces of cheese
L - Cup of tomato soup
D - mom made roast & tators (just had a little)

Not a bad day but not enough protein.
