So im going to TRY to post this...

Luckily for me today my plan has worked. i varied slightly at lunch but whatever it was good.

Pre-B--Grande Skinny Cinnamon Dolce
B-Protein Shake
L-Hamburger pattie minus a few bites and 3 bites of broccoli and cheese
S- COTTAGE CHEESE AND SLICE OF TOMATO. YUMMY!
D- it'll be a protein shake no doubt.

I also started tracking my calores on the daily plate. So far today ive done good. Maybe not enough calories. im not sure how many i need but im going to try to keep them under 1000. ??

so how'd yall do today? the good, the bad, the ugly. Let us know!! Keep accountable!

YAY!!!!!!!! I was so surprised (and happy) to see your post when I signed on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today was a little less hectic for me.

B: 1/2 sausage biscuit and sf vanilla iced coffee

L: 1 piece of capt ds fish and a few bites of cole slaw

S: cheerios and skim milk

D: probably grilled cheese sandwich

Good Job on only half the biscuit. I love sausage biscuits.. i actually love almost any kind of biscuit and normally can eat the whole thing.

you had a pretty good day, how you been feeling goin back to work?

Most of the time I can't eat the biscuit part but right now I need a band adjustment and I'm actually LOVING being able to eat things I normally cannot. My PS suggested I wait until Sept to get a fill but I just don't know about that! LOL  I'm maintaining really well right now but keeping a  close eye on the scales!

I'm feel good! I think I'm probably 95% back to normal now. I do find myself needing to rest a little more once I get home but thats ok too!

Breakfast----Granola Bar and coffee

snack---2 crackers and peanut butter

Lunch---1/2 of hamburger

snack--granola bar

Dinner---1/2 of grilled chicken breast and a few mashed potatoes

I am going to listen to Hillary and start posting daily so that I can be accountable. I have turned into a carb addict and I need to stop....today.

Way to go!

i love granola bars, but i try to avoid them bc of the sugar content in the ones i like.

Thanks Hilary for trying to keep some of us on track.  Don't think I have done to bad but still probaly not enough protein. 
B- maybe 1/4 of an egg and bacon biscuit
L- NPO for 2 hrs for a test
Mid afternoon 3 chicken nuggets from chick fil a
D- will be chicken casserole
And a lot of tea, I think that I got in my fluids for today.

Good job yesterday!

Do you track your food ? i did yesterday on Dailyplate.com and i was less than 900 calories. almost 80 grams of protein and under 50 grams of carbs. I was pretty happy with myself, but im confused w/ the calories. do i need more? less? its just a big confusion to me.
