those last irritating pounds

Ok, guys...I've seen some threads out there that you need to lose that last x-amount of pounds. I lost everything that I wanted to lose but since quitting smoking in February I've gained too many pounds and I'd like to get them off too!

I suggest whomever wants to get these pounds off join with me and we can be each other's support for how ever long it takes us. We can post what we ate (I'd probably be the most embarrassed) and what kind and how much exercise we did. Maybe we should put little weight loss stickers at the bottom of our posts again (if I knew how)

Anyway, we shouldn't feel alone in this endeavor. Lets get going! Lets start giving some support, the Lord knows I need me some!

I've got 30 pounds to go. Anyone else out there need to lose some??? I don't care if it's 1/2 of a pound or 200, everyone needs support.

Do I have any takers? Let me know what we can do to get this weight loss ball rolling!

Im in! i need to lose 30-40lbs so im on this bandwagon. let me know what i can do to help. I do agree that posting what you eat daily helps. it helps you get new ideas and it helps to see where you went wrong. I have those days more often than not.

Exercise. Ive GOT to start this.

Does it matter if you have had gastric bypass? I haven't had gastric bypass but I need to lose ohhhhh......220 lbs. I went to my doctor yesterday and he said I needed to exercise starting with at 15 min. 3 x a week.I so need to get this weight however it is done.I have a real bad heart and I also need that extra push.I don't have very good eating habits and don't have much energy because I weigh around 411 lbs.I only eat like once a day when it is just me and my kids.But when I am around my secondary family I tend to eat a little more. So if I can I will jump on this bandwagon as well if you all will have me that is.

Count me in. I want to get off at least 30 pounds and I know I'll feel so much better. I want to start walking every day to boost the loss. Can we post what we eat and maybe the exercise we had or didn't have???
