Anywho, im wondering who plans for the day?
If you do... What do YOU plan to eat today?? maybe this will be a better post than the nightly one? we can try it out for a few days if you'd like?

Protein shake
Hamburger Patty w/ a slice of cheese melted.
Cottage Cheese (maybe NSA peaches)'

thats my plan for the day. Im already thinking about varying lunch and im going to try to not do that. I have some boiled shrimp i could eat in the freezer. Might be better protein. Im not sure. I'll stick w/ my hamburger patty and do what i NEED to do for the day!!

My plan for today:
B - Sausage burrito, iced coffee (too late to plan this one)
L - re-fried beans with cheese from Taco Bell
S - some cheese
D - cottage cheese with fruit and tuna fish

Okay, first things first, what is BOTT?
Planning is something I do every morning after I exercise (I figure I am in a healthy "don't mess this body up with junk" frame of mind). I use Fitday.com so I can plan out calories (I try to be between 800 and 1200), fats, and carbs (I go for 40% protein calories, 40% carbs and 20% fat). It's really hard to get that math right, but its nice that fitday has a pie chart so I can mostly tell if I am doing okay. Mostly ....
So today is not that beautiful, but this moving has me facing some cravings.
B: 1/2 C Weight Control oatmeal
S: skinny cow ice cream (see?)
L: 1/2 C fat free cottage cheese
S: more skinny cow ice cream (see???? LOL)
D: Lean Cuisine: Roasted Chicken and Spinach
S: Protein Drink (Click)
I was so grateful the movers went ahead and shipped my tuna, but I can't get in the mood for it. Maybe the fish bug will come back and I'll get in better balance.
This is a GREAT idea, but I have to say that what I write in the morning is often rewritten by the end of the day. Perhaps we can just come back to this post and say how we did rather than an evening only post? It's a thought.

Oh and BOTT is BACK ON TRACK TOGETHER. its a group on OH and they have been so nice to me.
I don't have a daily plan right now but I can tell you that when I do, I ended up making better food choices. I think that happens for a couple of reasons...I am not grabbing something while hungry which makes it harder to make good food choices. Also by planning you can plan to succeed. You're thiking about it while you have time to make good decisions and not making quick off the cuff decisions in a hurry.
