Friday Coffee Talk

Good Friday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine.  Today is going to be a great day!  I can just feel it. 

Our challenge today is to get busy!  Yep.  Get busy.  Doing what you may ask?  Exercises!  You can't tone your body if you just lay around and let the weight fall off.  Sure, you can lose weight, but what about the loose skin afterwards?  There is always tummy tucks and plastic surgery, but if you exercises, you can tone, lose faster, and look better.  So today, lets get busy and tone up.  I'm headed off to physical therapy.  They are showing me how important it is to tone and get busy to lose.  Wanna join me?

So, what cha sippin' on?  Me?  I'm enjoying some awesome Millstone Chocolate Velvet.  Sure is good too.

I hope for the both of you a wonderful and exciting day.  This morning my workout is being at work today... lol.. atleast I can get in some walking at times.. but not enough... Good Morning all!  I'm back from the beach, and then back to work on Monday....Praise the Lord I still have a job to go to!  Have a great day....got chores today....cleaners, grocery, cooking, laundry, then will see Harry Potter movie tonight with son and his girlfriend....(he's 21, so it is okay to do stuff with the 'rents again!)
