Sisters GBP in morning!

Long time no post everyone. My sister is Dr. Clement's first surgery at UAB in the morning. I have been going to B'ham with her every Tuesday since November. She did Opti Fast and has lost 130lbs before Dr. Clements would do her surgery. It has been a long road for her to have the surgery and I am very proud of her. Please keep her in your prayers!

Wow! It has definitely been a long road and I'm sure a very hard one, too. She'll be in my prayers, and you, also. It's great to know that she had you to be there thus far in her journey. The rest of this journey is not a piece of cake, so I hope you'll remain there by her side, giving her support. We'll be here for the both of you.

Hi Lisa.  Good to see you today.  I am so glad you are there for your sister.  She has done an awesome job to stay with the Opti Fast diet and with the 130 pounds lost.  We will remember her today as she has her surgery.  Please let us know how she does.  Also tell her to join us here so we can be a part of her journey.   You also come back home!!!  We need each other!!!

Thanks for all the prayers. She has been on OH alot looking at before and after pictures but hasn't posted I don't think. But I am sure she will be on alot after. I stayed on OH alot right before and a year after. I am having my 5 year Anniversary soon and I need to get on more. I don't know what I would have done without all the wonderful people on OH!  I love seeing how people are doing and new recipes.

What a great accomplishment by your sister.  And what a blessing she has had in you to be by her side.  Prayers and best wishes for both of you.  I know Dr. Clements is one of the best!  She will do just fine!
