I haven't seen you in forever!!! It's good to see all of you come out to say hi to DebbieBug as our own DebbieDoo has renamed her!!

What in the world have you been doing with yourself these days?  I haven't seen you posting in so long!!  Have you been lurking around behind the scenes?  Now that you're out are you gonna stay out here and visit with us?  I hope so!!

Hey, Ladybug, just dropping in to say Hi!!!   I've ben off the boards for awhile since I was visiting my sister in Jacksonville, Fl.  Having a good day so far. Hope your Dr's appt goes ok. I have an appt Wed with the Diabetes Educator and then next Mon I have appt with orto Dr, Tues with my Int Med Dr, and Wed with my GI Dr. I seee Dr. Hannon on the 27th of this month. So far, I've lost 42 lbs. in just over 2 months. I'm gettting more water and protein in now that I'm home. I had stalled for a bit hile I ws in Jacksonville but I didn't have my protein supplements (but was eating a lot of tilapia) and I know I wasn't getting near enough water.  Hope all is well with you and sorry to hear you have to go back to work so soon. Here I come dragging in better late than never! :)

I had a great day at work today but I sure am tired. I came on home after my 245 Drs appt and I'll start it all again tomorrow. I had 1300+ unread emails when I turned my computer on this morning...WHEW gonna take all week to even weed through them.
Luckiy I have a wonderful boss who insisted I not overdo it this week. She even said that if I needed to go home early in the afternoons that would be fine. I'm so blessed with my job and the people around me!

My Drs appt went well too. He is extremely pleased with my scars and said to come back in 2 weeks. He's thinking the oozing will be stopped by then. ME TOO!

I so enjoyed yours and Jimmy's singing and sharing of the word with us on Sunday!!!  Tim's song was amazing too.  He did!!!  WOW!!!  I've never heard that song.  Did Tim write it?  He has a beautiful voice too!!  Girl, you sing like and angel!!!   I finally got to come to one of your singings.  I'm so happy!!!  It was great to be there with ya'll and Sandy and Billy and your surpise for the day...Jackie, Tim and Jessie.  Wasn't she precious inviting everyone to follow them to P'cola to have dinner with them!?!?!?!?  She is such a sweet girl.

You got some more lurkers out girl!!  You're really good!!! I'm gonna drop in on their posts to say hello!! I love you!! 

Sandy said you're gonna plan us a get-together soon.  She said she put it in your hands.  You let us know when and where and we'll be there.
