Sugar Free Strawberry Pie
1-12 oz Cool whip
1 small SF instant vanilla pudding
1 small SF strawberry jello (dry)
*I like this even better with Crystal light Strawberry/Kiwi (dry)
1-1/2 c. skim milk
1 pint fresh strawberries

Mix cool whip, pudding, dry jello and mil****il well blended. Stir in slices strawberries, leaving a few slices for garnish. Place in a graham cracker pie crust. This would also be a great way to use vanilla protein powder. This is such a simple and easy sugar free dessert. I had more than enough for the pie crust, so I put the left over in a bowl and sprinkled graham cracker crumbs lightly on top. It's just as good without the pie crust too.

Sugar free Lemon Icebox Pie
1-12oz Cool whip
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 tub crystal light lemonade
2 c. skim milk
1 t. vanilla flavoring

Mix well and pour into graham cracker pie crust. This too, is SOOOOO GOOD!!!

I also made the Orange Vanilla Pudding this week. Here's that recipe. I think Val and Mokihana came up with this one, although mine may be a bit different.

Orange Vanilla Pudding Dessert
1 large SF instant Vanilla pudding
1 -4oz cream cheese
1 -12 oz coolwhip
1 Crystal light SUNRISE orange (1 tub dry)
1 can mandarine oranges (well drained)

Mix pudding, cream cheese, cool whip and crystal light well, blend in mandarine oranges and mix well. This would be so good topped with toasted slivered almonds. I thought it needed a little something crunchy added to it. Or maybe some chopped pecans.

I wish I knew how to add these recipes to the recipe website here, but I don't know how....if anyone knows how, then please feel free to add them for me. Thanks you all....I hope you enjoy these as much as I have.

Another recipe:

Coconut Pie (makes it's own crust)
4 eggs
1-1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. self rising flour
1 t. vanilla
1-1/2 c. splenda

Stir well and put in 9 in. pie plate. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy! Keep leftovers in fridge~

Here's my FAVORITE!~

PEANUT BUTTER PIE

16 oz light cool whip
8 oz light cream cheese
1/2 cup splenda
1/2-1 cup chunky peanut butter deoending on your own taste

Mix well and pour into graham cracker pie crust. This is do die for. It's the best, next to my Strawberry Pie. :)

I have been making the crystal light pies for some time now. I first got the recipe from a nut at the hospital when my grandmother was diagnosed with diabetes, they are yummy!! My fave is pink lemonade! Try the cremcicle pie with orange crystal light and vanilla pudding , itis good as well!
