I have just started with the insurance process with Dr. freeman's office. Does anyone know how much I will end up paying?
My insurance will pay 80%.

Thanks,
Babette

I had my surgery almost 6 years ago and I had to pay Tims fee which I am not sure what it is today.  Call and talk with Beverly or Ann and one of them should be able to help you.   You have got the best doctor, and Tim is just as wonderful.  If I can hep you in any way please feel free to holler at me.

Likewise, my insurance covered 80% but my surgery was over six years ago. Even if I could remember the exact amount I paid out of pocket, I'm sure prices have changed since them. You can call the office and ask. They should be able to tell you down to the dime what you will be responsible for paying.

Thank you ladies. Beverly told me I would pay $405 and office visit. She said that I would then be responsible for what wasn't covered. I was just curious if anyone could tell me what to expect.

Thanks,
Babette

I am so glad that Beverly was able to tell you.  I had to pay a little bit more as my insurance would not pay for Tim fee.  Do you have a surgery date yet?

I have contacted my doc asking that he send the information needed by insurance to Dr. Freeman. That was yesterday.

Thanks,

I want to say (2 years ago) that when I went through my bills after insurance paid them it was like $21K. That number sticks in my head.

Chris,
The private pay quote is $12,900. So, you're saying that $21,000 is %20!!!!!! That is ridiculous.

Thanks,
Babette
