HAPPY 4TH OF JULY
Just dropping in to say hello and wish everyone a very nice 4th of july and hope the temps are cooler than it is here in Alabama...it is 107 here in Butler!
Doing fine with the band. so far have lost over 12 inches and 35 lbs and going!
Too hot to do much but have been out in the three gardens to pick produce, 18 lbs of tomatoes this morning before 6:30 am!
Going to a cook out and fireworks this evening. Hope everyone has a safe and fun holiday.

Have a question for those who know...I forgot how to get to my ticker...so I can change the weight on it....please let me know.
