Friday Coffee Talk
Happy Friday everyone. I hope you slept better than I did! HA! I didn't go to sleep until midnight and was wide awake at 3 a.m. What is up with that? LOL Today is going to be a great day! I might even get a nap!
Our challenge for today flows over into tomorrow. The long weekend starts today everyone is about to celebrate Freedom! My challenge to you today is to celebrate FREEDOM. BUT! Celebrate WISELY! We need to realize what the FREEDOM is all about. It means that men and women have served and are serving to give America the freedom that we have grown to love. We are free to live the way we do and grown accustomed to having so much because of this freedom. Also, we have had gastric bypass surgery and are free from the bondage of weight. Today, I can say with PRIDE that I am free from weight, free to live in AMERICA, and FREE SPIRITUALLY! We are free to serve the God that we serve. We are free to pray! We are free in SO MANY WAYS! And WEIGHTS! Don't be bound today. Don't let life keep you down and in chains. Get set free today! ONLY YOU CAN BREAK LOOSE! Get loose today! CELEBRATE FREEDOM!
So, who's up? What cha sippin on? Me? I made Maxwell House for Lucy and I this morning. Gotta love it. It sure is good.

Good morning my friend!!!! Isn't it great to have all of these freedoms. So many people in other countries do not have these freedoms. I think all too often I take them for granted. It is awesome to be free from the bondage of obesity. You must have had the same problem as me last night. I went to bed late and could not sleep. Me and Perry Stone, Joyce Myers, and Andy Griffith had us a night LOL. I think I slept 2 hours, but I am gonna have me a great day!!!! We are having some awesome caramel mudslide this morning. It is really really good!!!!! You have a great day. Love ya!!!!

I am sipping on some Southern Pecan coffee and getting ready to go to my mom's house. Today is her birthday (possibly her last). Please pray for her swallowing and mobility. Her health is declining very fast.

I'm sorry you didn't sleep well Randall. That the way I sleep when I don't take my meds. When I take them I sleep deeply and even dream. I hope you get or are getting your nap today!
FREEDOM...what a word! The men and women who are serving, fighting, dying, being wounded...horribly scarred both physically and mentally to allow us the FREEDOM her in the United States. Their families who give up their husbands and wives, mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, sons and daughters, grandsons and granddaughters, nieces and nephews...so many, many lives are touched by this pursuit of the FREEDOM we enjoy. Do we take it for granted...its sad to say...YES, most of us unfortunately do. 911 made us realize how precious it is...but that's been years ago and I'm afraid that alot of us have started to take it for granted...alot of us haven't, especially those who were personally touched by it. You are so right...we need to CELEBRATE, but celebrate WISELY!!
That FREEDOM is oh so SPECIAL and IMPORTANT, but that SPIRTUAL FREEDOM is so much MORE...unless you have it, you can't imagine it!
Thank you...as I told Carmen about her hugs and scripture sharing, sometimes this is the only way some people have ever been exposed to this kind of FREEDOM to even hear what it is and to be made aware that it is out there for everyone and anyone who wants it. Thank you for making it accessible to so many. I rhank God for you too Randall. Thank you for doing our Lord's work. I know you and Carmen both don't do it for Thanks...that's what makes it so special, but I feel led to thank you...so I am.
