started my new life. Would I do it over again??? You bet, in a minute. As a matter of fact I would love to do it over again and not take back any of the old habits. I started drinking diet coke (not now) and I would never have started that again. I graze and I would have fought that much harder. I love sweets and I would have fought that also. I lost 111 pounds and have regained 30. I know rebound is common but I sure do wish I could get those 30 off and lose a little more. Well, that's my story. Celebrate my rebirth day with me!!

That is wonderful!! Even with the extra 30 (which I am sure you'll shed again!) look at where you are now vs. where you were then. Look how much energy you have to travel all around doing God's work! You are an inspiration in more than one way.
