Just popping in to say hello!!!
It's been quite a while since I posted or followed the board. I would blame it on work but I find time to do other things. I am going to try to do better. I have gained around 10 pounds from my lowest weight. I really want to get back on the bandwagon and see if I can't kick start a little weight loss. My weakness is sweet stuff. I know...bad, bad, bad. I can do without other things but oh my goodness sweets. If I could get hypnotized maybe...hmmm (joking) I like sugar free things and do well with them but if I am in the store and I want chocolate it's like I have no will power anymore. It has to stop!!! I really want to see about a TT and breast lift next year so I would love to lose a little weight before then. I would love to lose 20 pounds. Anyone kick start their weightloss after 3+ years???

Hey there my sweet friend. I sure do miss you. Maybe before long, we will be able to have a dinner in B;ham and y'all can come. The only way I know to kick start me is with the 5 day diet. I have been thinking about doing that again. I still need to lose 30 pounds. I keep saying that, but I do LOL. You take care. I love ya!!!
