Support Groups in H.untsville, Chattanooga or B'Ham?

Hey ya'll.
I just got back from my PCP's office and he and his associates are prepared for aftercare even though I'm going to mexico for my sleeve in 4 days.
But he was pretty much on his hands and knees begging me to find a local support group.
I told him about OH, but I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt plus it would be great to know some others locally.  I'm only going to be in Alabama about a month this summer, but I'd like to hold to my promise.

Any local WLS support groups in H.untsville, Birmingham, Chattenooga or North Alabama?
Would be especially amazing if there were sleeve groups, but I think just general WLS groups would be wonderful.

How are you, good I hope. How is your preop diet going? What are you eating for your preop diet? I know it has to be high protein and low carb but i'm running out of ideas.

There is a group that meets in Hsv at the Hsv Hospital Wellness Center. Typically we meet the first Thursday of the month.
