I'm here and doing well. Just got back from Target. My Mom took me there to get a couple of less restrictive compression garments that I'll be able to start wearing tomorrow. No more bulky velcro binder  YIPEE!!! 

Target has their own brand of SPANX called ASSETS. They are made by the same women that makes SPANX and are a lot less expensive.

Good morning Phyllis!!  I had some of the Assets.  The ones I had were to be worn with pants.  I liked them but Target is not a store I go to often so I don't have any more.  I am going to have to make it my business to go back and get more.
I am so glad you are feeling better.  How much more time do you have off work?  Maybe you will feel like having some fun time before you have to go back.
How is your mother-in-law?  I hope her surgery went well.

Not sure if you are an online shopper but you can get them there from target.com since you know what size you need. 

I am scheduled back to work on July 6th, however when I was there last Thursday I asked how firm that was and he said it was the starting point and we'd talk about it more this Thursday. I expect he will extend it to July 13. If that is the came I might be able to slip in a little fun before I go back, we'll see! 

Thanks for asking about Mama Nancy. She came through the surgery just fine and is still hooked up to all the tubes and machines. They will start weaning her off all that wthin a day or two. I'll feel better once I'm able to talk to her on the phone.

Thanks for that info.  I will check it out.  I wear a one piece from Sears called Diet Trim.  I just feel better when I have it on.

It might not be a bad thing to extend your leave to the 13th.  You are sounding more and more better each and every day.  I can tell it in the "sound" of your posts.

I am so glad to hear the good news about Mrs. Nancy.  I know it was so hard for you and Rich to be so far away when she had surgery.  But you know she would have had a fit if she thought you tried to come so far after your surgery.  After she gets home and better and you are over your surgery you can go have a good visit.  I bet it won't be but a day or so until you can have that phone conversation!!
