Whatcha Eatin Today?
It was a weird day. Nobody in my entire building seemed to be in the frame of mind to get work done and I was too tired to care. Ha!
B: protein bar
S: none
L: protein bar

D: slice cheese/veggie pizza & half slice pepper jack cheese
S: will be fruit/cottage cheese
Then BED!
My day is like most others....made up of leftovers...leftovers...leftovers....ever since my surgery we have tons of leftovers...I guess we now KNOW who was really eating all the food in our house!
B-cottage cheese and peaches
L-low fat wheat thins and tuna salad
D-rotissiere chicken and collard greens
Now I think I'll have a s/f fudgesicle later!

I had too dang much to eat yesterday. Today will/MUST be a better day.
Coffee to start my day then it's all down hill....

S: cottage cheese w/dry lime jello stirred in for flavor
L: TACO SALAD.....ummmmmm, I know better. Nothing with chips, sour cream, cheese and ground beef should ever be classified as salad!

D: sour kraut, baked pork chop
Later last night while at job # 2, I ate a sugar cookie.
The damage has been done, by my own hand. This morning I got up and boiled some eggs. Plan to have one for breakfast w/ some cheddar cheese and put the other in tuna for lunch. Not sure what dinner will be.
