All I Want is Water!

The hardest part of this journey for me is not being able to drink anything for 30 minutes before a meal and 30 minutes after. Especially when my mouth stays dry and I'm thirsty all the time. I literally watch the clock after I eat until I can drink again. I walk around with water in my hand 24/7 no other drink tastes good to me. Will  this pass. Water crazy, H20 fanatic Amy

What a blessing that you actually WAN****er! I don't know if it will pass or not but enjoy it while it's there. Water is crutial to your body and is very helpful in your weight loss journey.
I find that I go through phases of water. Sometimes I want nothing but plain water, then after a month or two I get a little tired of that and add in some Isopure, then crystal lite, then sf, caffiene free tea, then back to water. For me it's all about variety but as long as you are craving water, drink up. :)

I too watch the clock after  eat for that 30 minutes to pass!  I always loved water and I do find it easier to drink it because I am always thirsty.  I also like unsweet tea with lemon (no artificial sweetner) and black coffee in the morning.  That's about i****er is still #1!
