1 cup self rising flour
1 cup skim milk
1 stick of butter
1 cup Splenda (make sure it isn't the blend)
2 small cans of the no sugar added Splenda diced peaches

Mix all ingredients (except the peaches).  The mixture will be very moist.  Place in a round baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick spray.  You can also use a 9x13 baking dish for a thinner cobbler.  Pour the peaches with the juice over the batter.  Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown.

That is the recipe I use to make all my cobblers but just wanted to make sure.  Now that blueberries are plentiful you can make a blueberry cobbler.  Just put 1 quart of blueberries in a sauce pan add 1/2 cup water and  1/2 to 3/4 cups Splenda.   Coo****il sugar is melted well.   Just add this like you would the peaches.  You can add a little corn starch to the blueberries to thicken and you will have blueberry pie filling.
