Whatcha Eating today?

Today has been slammed packed at work. Im ready for 5 so i can have time to breath. Yesterday was the same way and i felt horribly about not doing this...so here it is for today

B-half sausage biscuit
L-bbq'd chicken and baked beans
S-nothing
D-who knows. hamburger patty while bbq'ing/swimming at my moms i think..

Hope you all had a wonderful day. My computer monitor went kaplunk at my house, so i have to get a new one before i can do anything at home. :(

Busy here too Hilary. I'm training the new girl while trying to train for my new position. The more I do the further behind I'm getting.

B - Waffle House (single scrambled with cheese with 1 piece of dry toast)
L - A whopper (with most of the bread torn away and I only ate half of it.
No snacks
D - not sure. We'll be at wor****il after 8:00.

I feel like a beached whale. On the upside, I am now at 204...come on 4 pounds!!!!

I have picked up a few pounds that are not coming off very easily; therefore, it is time to diet while there are only a "few" pounds to lose.  Of course, I would like to go lower than my lowest weight, which would be a 15 pound loss....but I will settle for 10 and maintenance.  Anyway, what am I eating.  I have gone to the Weigh****chers online to use their tracker and help me to eat a well balanced diet.  I have been slax about this.

I had coffee and a small piece of homemade cranberry-walnut bread with no butter or cream cheese for breakfast.  Total point value for bread   2

Lunch was Tai Pei General Tso's chicken without rice or other stuff...basically is it chicken and veggies.  It has a WW points of 3 when calculated...while the restaurant variety has a point value of 14.  then I had one little WW chocolate cake with chocolate icing for 1 point.  Total points thus far is 6....I have 14 to spend tonight.  

I have also planned bicycle riding for at least 30 minutes when it cools off a bit.

I have bought the Boca Burgers.  I use to eat those all the time.  They are really pretty good, but you need to doctor them up a little with cheese or other tasty protein...just not stuff like A-1 Sauce...that kind of stuff can be death.

B-1/2 pkg of weight control oatmeal
L-business lunch at Logan's---had 5 peanuts, a few bites of salad and 2 chick wings
D-picking up roasted chicken at Publix....I'm pooped out! working too late!
