Lunch on June 27
We discussed getting together last night at our support group for lunch. It was decided that we would meet on June 27 at 12 at McCallister's deli in Oxford. If some of you all from the Ntorth, South, East, or West Ala want to come you are more than Welcome. If you will be joining us can you send me a PM so that we can have a head count. Hope to see some of you all from the rest of the state.
Sure wish I could make it. It sure would be good to see you and everyone. Doesn't look like we're going to have ANY time for any travel all summer. I'm trying my best to get Kyle to take a weekend trip, just the two of us. He thinks he has to work all the time. He's just a work a holic. Bless him. We have taken on a lot of work with this house but it's looking better and better every day. We should have the new windows in my first of July. I can't wait. After we get those paid for, then we're going to expand our deck and double it's size. We may wait till next summer to do that project. We still have to fight with the city to fix a drain down by the end of the road where it is erroding. They WILL fix it, one way or another. It's looking so nice around here and that drainage problem is holding us back. We want to get grass started growing there before summer is over. Everyone is just amazed at the work we've done on this place. It's really been a process, but now I'm ready for a weekend away with my dear hard working husband.
