I'm down 11 pounds and a bunch of inches and fit into some 22 Capri's yesterday. I'm feeling a little better had to see my family Dr. yesterday and my surgeon's assistant  because a have some incision infection and I'm still in a lot of pain in my left rib area and it's swollen. My blood pressure is wonderful after a very long day yesterday it was 94/59 pulse 71. I haven't taken any meds since surgery accept my anxiety and pain meds. I start my vitamins tomorrow. My husband went on this diet too and has lost more than me that heifer.
