Sunrise Smoothy - protein shake

Sunrise Smoothy
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup orange juice (or orange tang)
½ banana (peeled)
2 scoops carb freedom ice cream
4-5 frozen strawberries
Mix in blender until smooth

For those who do not know me, I got the name protein princess because I have 100's of protein shake recipes. I use to be a regular here but over time I have drifted away. Recently, I was asked to share some recipes with the board. I cannot promise to post recipes everyday (like I use to) but I will try to at least post every once in a while.

The above recipe is one of my personal favorites. I hope you enjoy it too.

 This sounds really good!!! I am trying to get back into the protein mode...I have been really lazy lately and I hate that!!

It is easy to get out of the mode. I need to improve too... There is always room for improvement.

Hey it is good to see you back on here.  I to have sort of been MIA for a little bit.  Lurking a lot but not posting very much.  If you can make it tomorrow night I sure would like to see you.  I will have my handsome escorts.  Poppa got an invitation from Toyota to attend a new truck program.  I really don't think they would want little fellows in the service bays.
