Sorry ive been MIA.. lots going on

Im back tho :) so what'd you eat today?

Here's my damage!

B-protien shake
L-2 ham cheese rollups one piece of ham and one piece of cheese on each
S-cottage cheese and strawberries
D-protein shake.

So for today I have had:

B- 2 chicken mini from Chick Fil A
    That was at about 10:30
Couple of corn chips about 2
3:30 a few pecans
 D- will be porkchops and I am not sure what else. 
Could be a lot better and then again it could have been a lot worse.  I need more protein.

Hi Hilary.  Good to see you back!!
I am still not doing all that well with the food plan.  I am still off Diet Coke but crave it all the time.  I know it is  a mind thing and I have to get over it!!
B- Egg and cheese
S- None
L-Bacon & Tomato sandwich
S-Prunes (enough said)
    2 cookies
D-Haven't had it yet but
    Pork chop, fresh green beans, ranch potatoes, cornbread
I have drank enough lemonade today to float a battleship.  I crush my ice and make fresh lemonade.  It is almost like Sonic's slushies.

I hope that lots of stuff is fun!!

I'm travelling, so am protein bar intensive these days.  And I was surprised when I put it all in fitday that it was reasonable.

Hey! Sure have been missing you!

As usual, I started with coffee. Only 1 cup due to my iron really is low... :-(

B: none

S: homemade ham salad ( I like to make it because I can control the mayo etc)

L: inside of a grilled chicken wrap from Sonic

S: nutirgrain bar

D: hubs brought me a homemade ham salad sandwich on ww to job # 2

S: small handful of peanuts
