Boo Ya !!

Yep it is I      LOL !! Just checking in and letting ya know I have a Blood Presser and still intact !  Got my first fill Tuesday and man the difference !
I am still losing and still doing my walking My GD and I are fixing to hit the road walking now ! I hope you all are Good ! Love you all !!

My hubby and I got up at 5:15 this morning and took a nice long walk. I give out very easily but did good this morning. My husband has been so supportive. I'm so thankful I have him in my life.

I'm doing my coffee thing now but got to hit the books here in a sec.
