Hi!!! And my before and after so far....

Good morning board family!!! I hope you are all doing well. I have lost 145 so far but have so much more to lose. Any suggestions? I have the directions to the 5 day pouch test and I want to do it soon but for some reason whey protein is making my pouch feel yucky. Any suggestions would be great! WOOOO HOOOO Jennifer!!!!!  Look at you !!!!  You have done an awesome job.  I am so thrilled for you.  Now...about the 5 day pouch test....see if there is another protein shake without whey.  I don't know of any...but there may be.  The one I use has it.    I know you are going to continue to do well.  I love ya!!!

Hey Carmen!!! Man I miss talking to you! There are some shakes and powders outthere made with soy instead so I'm gonna try those, it just seems (to me anyways) that the whey has more grams of protein in them. I soooo need to step up my exercising.. I've been lazy about that, tho I have stepped up my housework haha I've been decluttering and things I don't normally do on a daily basis... sometimes doing all that wears me out! haha I love you Carmen and wish you a blessed day darlin.

We need to all get together and plan us a coffee in Birmingham so that we can see each other.  There are so many I miss and would love to just hug for a minute.  Maybe someone can do this before long.

You look wonderful.  I don't know if the pouchy test works, but if it helps you get some sense of balance and control, why not?  But yes, exercise is very helpful!  And, darn it, addicting.

 CONGRATS on the -145#!!!!      Weigh to go!!!! 

I have always found that if I increase my fluid intake and increase my protein intake as I watch my carbs very closely that my weight loss will begin again.  It may be slow, but it will restart.
Just my observation in the last 5.5 years as a post-opper.

Again, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
