I made that cabbage with polish keibalsa sausage tonight for dinner, along with some cornbread.  It was a BIG HIT.  Everyone loved it.  I will be doing this one again.  Heck, it's so simple.  We had watermelon for dessert.

Hubby loves the Conecuh Sausage, which is made in Evergreen, AL in his cabbage. 
I also cook Great Northern Beans with this meal for him.  He thinks he's a king when I prepare this for him!    Don't tell him otherwise though, okay?

Oh, I will have to try that next time.  And the great norhern beans.  He would love that.  The only reason I used the keibalsa was because it was the penny item at Publix one week and it was in my freezer.  LOL  It really was good.  Jill ate the mess outta it too.  She loves cornbread and cabbage.  That girl will eat just about anything, most unlike her sister who only eats CHICKEN.
