I don't own any digital scales either. I have the old fashioned kind that you just sit the food in and it pushes the 'thingy' down and shows how much it weighs. I use such technical language - 'thingy' LOL
I just wanted to welcome you out of lurkdom...I stay in there a lot too. I lurk from work alot and try to get on at night, but there is usually something going on and I don't always make it.
You're right, there are some really nice and helpful people on this board. I would even say they are AWESOME!!!
Keep posting from that side and then let us know how you're doing when you get to this side and become a LOSER!!! Do you have a date yet?

No, don't have a date yet but I have completed the psych eval, sleep study, cardiologist/tread mill, have three more PCP visits to complete then it is wait and see time with the insurance company. I am hopeful. Sure would like to get off BP, cholesterol meds and bring blood sugar numbers down. I just changed jobs and am saving all my annual leave and sick leave so I will be ready.
I have learned so much reading info on this forum. What did we do before computers??? We have such a wealth of information at our finger tips. Let alone, the talking to one another. I can't tell you how much that means to me.
