5 Years After WLS
I know what you mean about OH not being the same. That is why I don't get on much either. I just want to say CONGRATULATIONS on the 5 years.Don't worry everybody falls off the wagon every once in a while with weight fluctuations. It is a matter of whether you can pick yourself up and dust off and start again. You can do it!!!! So glad to hear you are losing weight again.Keep up the good work! Have a Blessed Day!!

I have signed up for WW online to help me monitor my eating. They allow me 20 points and so far I have not been able to stay under the 20 points....guess why I am gaining weight (she said with sarcasim). However, if I don't share the downs with the rest of you, then how can I be a help to others or allow others to help me. The ups are great, but the downs are where we all need support.
I wish more people who are starting to gain a little would come back and share what is happening and what kind of help they need. Among us on the board, we have nurses, dietitians (cannot spell cat), counselors, spiritual leaders, ...great cooks, and just good folks who have survived a lot. We have all the experience we need among us to solve almost any problem that involves weight or controlling it.
I certainly do miss those that have dropped out.
