Dumping?

I am guessing that is what was wrong.  After almost 6 years out this was by far the worst that I have ever dumped.  I only had a few chips with some chesse dip and 1 chicken finger.  It was a good thing that I had some one driving because I barely remember riding home and then came in and slept for about an hour.

Bless ytour heart, Louise.  Sometimes that is all it takes.  I did it a few days ago on a little piece of sausage.  Sure got me back on the right track of eating!

Hey John. I have dumped a lot being stubborn.  But this time I experienced something that I had never done.  The worst case of tachycardia that I have ever had and then being where I did not remember the ride home.  I knew there was a reason I did not like Mexican food.
