I'm going to make this best of this day and I hope you do too. Let us all work hard to make GOOD CHOICES today.  When I weighed in at the cardiologist office yesterday, I was sure that I had gained a pound or two, but I had not.  I have indeed maintained my lowest weightloss.  For that, I am so very proud.  It had been a struggle for me to keep my weight down. 

 I vow today, to make good choices.  Will you join me?

Christian and I are heading out to WM this morning to get some groceries and some pictures developed.  I can't wait to share them with you.  I have to get some more rechargeable batteries, as mine have DIED.  I will do my best to get Holly to help me download my pictures to my computer today.

Hello Carmen. I've had a splendid day with Christian today.  We went shopping and we SHOPPED OUT.  I had to exchange a watch for Kyle that broke (it's his 3rd one since Christmas) then went to Sam's to get pics developed.  They are so much better there than WM and cheaper and faster too.  I found some meat on sale at Sam's, so then I had to walk back across to WM to get some freezer bags, cause  you know everything they've got comes in bulk.  LOL  At least I've got some meat in my freezer now and I can put to use some of those nice recipes Jackie posted on here the other day for me.  I love crockpot cooking and that's just what I intend to do.  I am so glad Jill got me a new crock pot for Mother's Day.  Well, then I had to go back to Sam's to pick up our pictures.  And had to go pay a dental bill.  Kyle came in yesterday with his bill and I was just appalled.  They had made him sign a paper saying we would pay 18% interest on our balance.  Never in my life......I went and paid it in full.  Heck, I could put it on my VISA for 10% financing.  Oh, I was so livid.  Anyway,  Christian and I have had a nice long nap and he's STILL NAPPING.  I slept 2 hours, even after all that shopping Daddy called and wanted me to come make up his bed with the new bedding I gave him.  He was so thrilled with it.  It came out of our guest room and did not look like a little boys room, but it suits Daddy perfectly.  Said he couldln't have picked out a better one himself.  OH well, I've written a book.  Hope you have a good day.

As you can see from my previous posts, I've had a glorious day.  BUSY BUSY BUSY and a nice NAP to boot.  Yippee for me.  I was one tired Nana.  You have a good day yourself.

I've been keeping my weight down also...I've been tinkering between my lowest of 166-168#. 
I still have a goal ahead of me of weighing 160# by the time Evalyn Nicole is here in December.  I will accept weighing 160-162# as my goal weight. 
My food intake has been UP this week, but I have a reason...it does this once a month, then it goes back down.  It's a traditional monthly thing and usually I don't gain weight, only water weight that comes right back off.
Olivia is sick, sick, sick this week.  She has an upper respiratory infection AND a UTI BOTH.  She is on an antibiotic, Robitussin and Tylenol Cold...all M.D. approved.  She has lost 7# too from being so sick this week.  She's eating/drinking some, but just not enough to keep her weight up.  I have been so worried about her/praying for her.  Thank goodness she does NOT have a fever though.
